PULMONEST is a herbal remedy designed to support respiratory health, particularly for bronchial and lung conditions. Its ingredients—Thymus vulgaris (Thyme), Ammi visnaga (Khella), Hedera helix (English Ivy), Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel), and Mentha x piperita (Peppermint)—work synergistically to help manage symptoms of cough, congestion, and inflammation in the lungs and bronchi. Suggested Use: Adults:20 to 40 drops in pure water, 3 to 5 times daily. Children:1/2 or less of the adult dosage. For Bronchial/Lung Conditions: Main Remedy: PULMONEST* 30 to 40 drops in warm water, 3 to 5 times daily, until improvement is seen. After improvement, reduce to 20 to 30 drops, 3 times daily. Severe Cough:*Add Peppermint Oil (1-3 drops) to the same glass of water. Calming the Cough Reflex:*Add Avena Sativa (30 drops, 3 times daily). Reduce frequency once symptoms improve. Cold and Flu Support:*Add Lymphonest (30 drops, 3 times daily) for immune support. Allergic Cough:*Add Allernest (20 drops, 3 to 5 times daily). Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
